All orders are "made to order" meaning that we do not keep stock on the shelves. What does this mean to you? Some orders may take longer than others-depending on season and demand. We pride ourselves in selling items that we ourselves would want to receive.  Planning ahead is always a good idea-and if you need your order by a certain time-please contact us and we will do our best to work with you.

How to buy Wholesale

The Scent Junkie must have your store's State Tax ID# on file.

The only exceptions to this is if your State does not require you to have one.

Each order receives our prompt attention. Shipping times may vary by season or demand. The minimum processing time varies from 5 business days-maximum 10 business days. Shipping notification will be sent through email when your order is shipped. We ship via USPS Priority Mail

Damages & Shortages:

All damage and shortages must be reported to The Scent Junkie within 3 days of receiving order.  All merchandise is carefully packed and leaves our premises in good condition. Damage claims must be filed by The Scent Junkie so that we may put in the claim to UPS/USPS. Please retain cartons and all packaging for their inspection, (if needed). If no inspection is needed we will email you to dispose of packing.

Returns & Guarantees:

The Scent Junkie offers 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. 

Special Note:

There are no returns just because you "didn't like the scent", or custom order items (color). If you should decide to return your order (for reasons other than damage/defect), it will be up to you the customer to pay for return shipping, once your returned order is received in same condition as when it left, you will be refunded your order total minus a 20% restocking fee less shipping costs. A 20% restocking fee will also be charged for canceled orders. We take every step to maintain high quality merchandise, however if you receive a defective item, we will credit your account OR ship said item with next order.
